
Dave Collins, Customer and Business Development Manager recently celebrated his 10th Anniversary with Redline Group.
After graduating in 2004 with a BSc in Business Studies he joined NTL the cable television, internet and telephony services provider. In 2007 David made his first foray into specialist recruitment working in the construction, civil engineering and rail sector.
In 2008, David joined Redline’s Engineering and R&D division, initially working with clients in the nuclear, scientific and specialist energy sector before joining the dedicated Process Control and Automation team.
Over the years, David progressed from Recruitment Consultant, Account Manager through to Divisional Manager successfully securing many projects for Redline, including search & selection assignments, sole supplier status, whilst building long-term relationships with key Redline customers. Due to his continued hard work and success, he was promoted to Customer and Business Development Manager in 2016.
David commented on his ten years’ service at Redline:

The journey so far has been a continuing learning curve and it’s with great pride that I have seen my role flourish from Recruiter to Account Manager, Divisional Manager to my current role enhancing and developing long-lasting customer relationships. “
