Over the festive period Redline will shut down from midday 24th December 2015 until the 4th January 2016. The email address Info@redlinegroup.com will be monitored over the break.

The shut-down period will have an effect on payroll which has been detailed below:

Christmas And New Year Payments

  • Timesheets submitted for the week commending 14th December 2015 will be paid as normal, week commencing 21st December 2015
  • Timesheets submitted for the week commencing 21st and 28th December 2015 will both be paid in the week commencing 04th January 2016

PAYE Contractors - The importance of submitting your timesheets on time

  • Submitting your timesheets late will have an effect on your Auto Enrolled Pension contributions
  • Please be advised that submitting multiple weeks’ timesheets within the same pay week, will result in you accruing only that week’s pension contribution, due to HMRC only registering a single week of employment
  • Additionally, if the total amount of mutliple timesheets submitted within the week exceeds the upper threshold, your contributions will be capped at the upper threshold
