As part of their ambitious growth plans, Redline is incredibly proud, not only to have made several new internal appointments but that one is re-joining the Redline family. We are pleased to welcome back Sue Cain.
Sue returns to Redline having spent a couple years back in the electronics component industry. Before her first 10 years as Industry Manager with Redline, Sue held a range of project management and business development roles within the sector – in fact, she was a client of Redline’s when she was first head-hunted.
Sue comments, “Returning to Redline feels like coming home. Having initially been with them for 10 years, the time taken back in the field was a great opportunity for me to get back to my roots and get hands-on within the industry. I’m excited to take my refreshed look on the electronics sector and apply it to the clients which I so enjoyed working with at Redline.”
When asked what she has most missed about Redline Group, Sue said, “The culture for sure. It was always the people and relationships which made working at Redline such a great place. I’ve been so warmly welcomed back that it’s honestly like I’d never left.”
As Principal Consultant, Sales & Marketing, Sue will be responsible for building client relationships and utilising her knowledge-led approach to understand their requirements and competencies to source the ideal candidates.
Head of Engineering & Sales, Natalie Tyler comments; “We’re thrilled to have Sue back in the team! Her vast first-hand knowledge of the field, combined with her tenacity and personable attitude were, and are, a true asset to the business. Not to mention that it’s always great when a friend returns.”
In addition to re-welcoming Sue, Redline would also like to announce the appointment of Quinten Reid who joins as Consultant in Manufacturing & Operations team.
Quinten, who has set up his own start-up business, joins us from a sales and business development background and is ready to bring his entrepreneurial streak to Redline. Jordan has a keen trading and analytical mind which he plans to translate into sourcing exceptional candidates, and Mehedi comes to us with sales experience and a talent for negotiation and relationship-building.
Redline would like to formally welcome Sue, Quinten, Jordan and Mehedi into the Redline family and look forward to seeing them all enhance client activity.
