Redline welcomes the first six recruits to its new Talent Academy

Redline Group, the Permanent & Contract high technology and engineering recruitment specialist, opened its first Recruitment Training Academy on Monday 15th May at their head office in Luton. This is part of the company’s strategy to expand their existing 50+ team to 80 + by 2018.

The Training Academy has been specifically designed to enhance the skills of Trainee Recruitment Consultants through a fun and inspiring way of learning. The programme covers some of the initial recruitment basics via a mix of classroom and desk based training together with external courses.

The manager and co-ordinator of the programme, Natalie Tyler, Talent Acquisition & Training Manager comments: "It’s great to welcome our first trainee recruiters to the Academy. The first six trainee recruitment consultants and those who will attend this academy in the years to come will receive a fun and varied mix of training with an emphasis on developing recruitment competencies.”
