Redline Group, the Contract & Permanent European Technology recruitment specialist, has acquired additional office space to accommodate FIVE further hires for 2015.
Building on the previous year’s 23% growth, Redline continues to invest in new staff to add to its 45+ strong team, also acquiring the office next door to accommodate the five new hires and further planned growth. The additional space is already rapidly filling up and creates further meeting rooms for Clients and Candidate interviews, in addition to useful meeting areas for the expanding team of Consultants.
October, November and December continued to be exceptionally busy for Redline with new and existing Clients aggressively updating their 2015 recruitment plans. Redline has expanded its Contract, Permanent and Admin/Support team to maintain its high levels of success which saw offer-acceptance ratio rise to just under 90% in 2014, an exceptional performance in the skills-scarce, uber-competitive high-technology sector.

Kieran Wilson – Contract Consultant

Amy Turnbull - Contract Consultant
Amy joins Redline’s Contract Division after combining a Psychology Degree with a high-profile sporting career which saw her narrowly miss out on an Olympic spot in 2012, before taking on a playing and elite hockey coaching role in Australia. Amy was voted player of the year three years in a row. Amy comments “Contract recruitment gives me the opportunity to speak to new people every day and continuously learn in the specialist world of Technology & Engineering.”
Martin Bennett - Contract Consultant
Martin graduated with an 1st class degree and MA in Sport Development and Management, complementing his six-year career as a semi-professional footballer including academy slots at Premier League clubs and appearances in the FA Cup and FA Trophy. Martin has now ‘retired’ from professional football and has been concentrating on a commercial career and joins Redline’s Contract Division.
Jaspria Roda – Business Development Support
Jaspria joins the dedicated Strategic Business Development team at Redline to help develop critical data and support of multi-site, multi-discipline Clients. Obtaining excellent GCSE and A Levels, Jaspria embarked upon a Psychology degree before moving into the commercial sector gaining experience in recruitment and sales, and looks forward to a very busy 2015 with Redline.
Eva Nampima – Recruitment Coordinator
Eva’s an excellent addition to the Support and Coordination team who provide essential administrative and operational support to the Clients, Consultants and Management team of Redline. Locally based, Eva held key sales support and administration roles in manufacturing companies and looks forward to the daily challenges of a fast-paced recruitment environment.
