Growth accelerates at Redline
Seven new staff join Redline.
Sustained growth in demand across the Northern European technology market for qualified Contract & Permanent professional staff drives Redline’s continued expansion.
A further 16% growth in sales in Quarter 1, as a result of strategic expansion and increased customer demand has meant a busy time for the Group’s Talent Acquisition & Training Manager, Andrew Robson-Graham, developing the induction and training programme for current and new staff. The addition of seven experienced and graduate staff bring Redline’s team to c50.
Joining during quarter 3 are:
Tom Blay
Tom joins Redline’s Sales & Marketing Division, bringing 20+ years in high-end Sales and Account Management, the last eleven of which have been in recruitment within the technology and sales arena.
Leke Bolawole
After obtaining a First Class Degree in International Marketing & Business, Leke began his career in Marketing before moving into specialist technology recruitment in both IT/Engineering and commercial roles. Leke is excited to be joining Redline’s Manufacturing & Operations Division.
Neena James
Neena joins Redline’s Graduate programme within the Engineering/Technology Division. Having set her career sights on the UK’s expanding £30Bn recruitment sector, she’s really looking forward to Redline’s structured training programme and professional qualification sponsorship.
Guy Hill
Guy completed his degree in Fitness & Personal Training before embarking on a career in the Royal Air Force, achieving his parachute wings and going on operations across the globe. Guy captained his local town’s cricket side as well as the County’s development team and feels the opportunity in Redline’s Contract Division will bring together his skills of leadership, discipline and communication.
Jordan Wood
Also joining Redline’s Contract Division, Jordan completed a degree in Sociology & Politics before joining Virgin in sales, training and store development roles across the UK. As Vice President of his University’s Lacrosse Club, Jordan’s intending to teach a few of the Redline golfers about “a proper game with a stick and a ball”.
Strengthening the Support Team
To further support Customers, Candidates and Consultants, Redline’s Office & Administration Manager Carrie Glover has also expanded the support team with two new staff to provide Admin and Sales support to Redline’s Contract and Permanent divisions. Abbee Giles and Teniel Thomas both bring valuable experience of high level support and customer service environments to the team.
Martin Crapper, Redline’s Managing Director, commented “We saw the effect that skills-shortages were going to have on Clients’ ability to meet their goals, and responded with improved concentration on identifying, screening and securing those scarce-skills in the electronics and high-technology sector. This has resulted in a dramatic increase in the number of interviews we have been able to secure per role for clients, really delivering results and choice for clients’ vacancies.”
Crapper continued “Key to sustaining this high-quality, focused approach for clients will be increased investment in the right people joining Redline, achieving their professional industry qualifications and embracing Redline’s knowledge-led approach to specialist recruitment. I’m genuinely delighted with the calibre of the candidates who are choosing Redline, recognising its brand, culture & ambition to be the leading high-technology recruitment partner in the UK. I can’t wait to work with them.”
