Business Development Manager
David graduated with a BSc in Business Studies and has over sixteen years of experience in high-technology, engineering, and electronics recruitment. He joined Redline in 2008, managing one of the R&D and Engineering divisions, which focused on delivering specialist technical recruitment, selection, and retention solutions across the EMEA region with an emphasis on the Process Control, Energy, and Automation sectors. He has an in-depth technical knowledge of recruiting in specialist fields including electronics Hardware, Software, Mechanical, Control & Instrumentation, Test & Process Development, and emerging technologies.
Due to his success, David now utilises his skills and talents developing Redline's core relationships as a Business/Customer Development Manager. His responsibilities include ensuring Redline has the ‘right’ customer portfolio through the development of long-term strategic relationships. He has continued to demonstrate a consultative and knowledge-led approach to partnering with companies to strengthen and expand their world-class technology teams. He focuses on delivering great client results, winning numerous projects for Redline, successfully securing and delivering search assignments, exclusive projects, monthly retainers, and long-term business collaboration for a range of engineering and tech clients.
