Are you looking for a new role within Office Administration/ Reception?
Do you have experience in a reception/ front of house role?
Are you based locally to Hemel Hempstead?

If you answered yes to the above then the Redline Group have an initial 6 month assignment for you! We are actively seeking a Temporary Receptionist / Office Administrator to join our industry leading client in Hemel Hempstead on an initial 6 month contract.

The responsibilities include:
- Welcoming all visitors on site in a friendly and polite manner
- Managing incoming mail - making sure it is sent to the right department internally
- Handling parking requests - ensuring there is adequate parking for visitors and correctly booked
- Monitoring the car park to ensure cars are parked correctly in the right areas - this is a key element to the role

The ideal Temporary Receptionist / Office Administrator will have experience which includes:
- Previous Reception / Office Administration experience
- Strong Microsoft office knowledge
- Good Organisational skills
- Strong Character

The standard working hours for the position of Temporary Receptionist / Office Administrator are 7:30 - 5 Monday to Friday - however my client will consider 2 x part time Temporary Receptionist / Office Administrators who will split the hours into morning and afternoon shift.
