An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Manager, based in Hereford.
An R&D company based in Hereford designing complex wireless electronics products / systems are looking for a Technical Support Manager to help build a technical support department, which will be able to support customer training, support issues and build up an online support platform.
Key Responsibilities:
> Provide online support to customers on-site for installation, commissioning and fault finding through video conferencing if necessary.
> Run training courses with groups of installation and commissioning engineers at our training centre and at customer sites.
> Work alongside the R&D team to learn the systems in detail.
The successful candidate will have these skills:
> A minimum 3 years of experience working with installing and fault-finding alarm systems (fire, security or similar).
> A minimum 3 years of experience providing customer support.
