The Technical Support Engineer will provide support on incoming requests from clients and end users on the organisations full range of Pro Audio Equipment.
Key skills & experience for Technical Support Engineer - Pro Audio:
Technical understanding of Pro Audio Equipment and associated software packages.
Ability to provide fault finding analysis to component level through discussions on the telephone
Experience with Pro Audio mixing systems or system support
Experienced in customer facing roles and excellent communication skills.
