Do you have experience in Technical sales support ?! And are currently looking for a new and exciting opportunity to join a well-established company based in Newbury?
My client design and manufacture high voltage products for Defence, Space and High-end industrial applications, ranging from cable assemblies to connectors and electronic modules.Within the role of Technical Sales Support - Electronic Modules And Power you will implement the sales strategy within current accounts by visiting existing customer base.
You will be working with Internal Sales, Engineering, Operations, and customers to determine customer needs, definition of specifications/requirements, development, and introduction of new products.
Requirements for Technical Sales Support - Electronic Modules And Power:
Provide technical solutions and support to both internal and external customers
Holding technical discussions with the customer to identify their specific project needs and determine the best product solution.
Identifying and qualifying customers and projects from existing accounts and potential business development opportunities.
Ensuring thorough, quality responses to customer requests for quotations and/or proposals are provided on all major opportunities. This may include preparing some or all of the response.
Recommending improvements and periodically assisting in the implementation of changes to sales and marketing processes.
Qualifications for Technical Sales Support - Electronic Modules And Power:
We're looking for you to have proven experience of Business Development & Sales within a technical engineering product environment.
Ability to clearly summarize and explain complex design input, help to generate product solutions, and pays attention to details.
Knowledge of DC, AC and High Voltage interconnect preferable, but not mandatory.
This role can be either office based, or home based, and you should be willing to travel up to 50% of the working time.
