Are you an enthusiastic Technical Author wanting to develop your career within a leading organisation based in Essex?

Then look no further as I am currently working with one of my most exciting clients who are who specialise in the designing, testing, supplying and commissioning of specialised process and packaging equipment which are used mainly for packaging lines for aerosols with a high proportion for the pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries. They are currently recruiting for a Technical Author - Mechanical to join their R&D department based in Essex, due to the volume of work and growth within the business.

As the Technical Author - Mechanical you will be responsible for preparing equipment operator and technical manuals/documentation, conducting factory/site acceptance tests at customers' sites and liaising with all departments during the equipment build process.

In order to apply for the Technical Author - Mechanical role, you must have the following:
A mechanical engineering background and/or experience working within a mechanical engineering environment
Experience in dealing with relevant machinery standards such as CE marking, ATEX etc.
Experience in preparing qualification documentation, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry (DQ, IQ and OQ documents)
