A very rare opportunity has come available for a Senior Tube Engineer - TWT in Hayes, Middlesex.
A leading technology organisation involved in the design and manufacture of microwave tubes, high-voltage power supplies and other high-power RF applications, for aerospace and defence industries, are seeking an experienced engineer with a working knowledge of TWT's (Travelling-Wave Tubes). This is a fantastic opportunity for to join a well-established R&D team that are offering the opportunity to assist in the design and development of complex and robust microwave tubes.
My client are seeking an additional engineer to join their team in Middlesex, near London, and are happy to take on someone from a Mechanical, RF, or Scientific background, as long as they have experience in developing travelling-wave tubes. They are in a fantastic location with very easy access to Heathrow Airport and Central London.
This Senior Tube Engineer - TWT will require the following skills / experience:
> Previous experience in developing travelling wave tubes (TWTs) / vacuum electronic devices.
> Experience in working in a design for manufacturing environment.
> Ability to work within a multi-disciplined R&D team.
> A background in either Physics, Radio Frequency, or Mechanical Engineering.
> Qualified to degree level in a relevant engineering / scientific field.
> Good communications skills.
