This is a great opportunity for a Supplier Quality Engineer, based in Farnborough, Hampshire to join a leading manufacturer of products and systems designed for the aerospace and defence markets.
The main responsibilities of the Supplier Quality Engineer job will include developing and maintaining the quality performance of suppliers, driving quality management according to company procedures and relevant regulatory standards, generating and reporting supplier KPI's, driving improvement plans with suppliers and analysing and reporting non conformities.
The candidate for the Supplier Quality Engineer job in Farnborough, Hampshire will ideally have a background in Supplier Quality in an Aerospace or electro mechanical environment, have experience in FMEA and FAIRS, good technical knowledge and proven experience in a previous supplier quality role. The candidate should also be educated to degree level in electromechanical engineering or have an equivalent professional qualification/experience.
The candidate may also have experience in PPAP, knowledge of aerospace quality management systems and experience in supplier Audits.
