As a new Senior Recruitment Consultant with Redline we will give you the training (both recruitment & technical), mentoring, structure, support and reward you need to move your career forward and your earnings potential to new heights.
As you develop into a Specialist Senior Recruitment Consultant in one of our Divisions you will take on a pivotal role, working on a range of jobs in partnership with both new clients and our existing global client base, managing developing and delivering permanent or contract client led solutions.
Ideally you will be either an existing Consultant looking for their next step (the role includes Client Account Management and mentoring of Consultants) or an experienced high-tech industry sales professional - either way you'll be used to managing, developing and delivering to customers, and devising & implementing strategies to achieve sales results
