Are you a Senior Development Engineer looking for a new challenge?

Do you have experience working with Drivers and Motors?

If so I have the role for you!

My client is a Market Leader in pushing the boundaries of science to deliver innovative products which are intrinsic to everyday life and due to expansion, they are looking for an Senior Development Engineer - Motors/Drives to join their team in Eastbourne.

As the Senior Development Engineer - Motors/Drives, you will be responsible for the following:
> Design and develop power electronic solutions for both high and low voltage Drive applications
> Design and develop low voltage analogue & digital electronic solutions for Drive applications
> Demonstrate a strong understanding of: design for reliability; design for manufacturing and design for safety
> Demonstrate a strong understanding of design for EMC.

In order to be a successful applicant for the Senior Development Engineer - Motors/Drives your skills/experience will involve the following::
> Degree level in electronics
> Experience of: Power, analogue and digital electronics
> Experience of using electronic design and CAD tools, e.G. ORCARD & Pspice
> Experience of design & reliability techniques, e.G. DFMEA
> Strong EMC experience
