An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a Scheduler to join a leading supplier of fleet management solutions based in Northampton.
My client is looking for somebody with outstanding organisational and time management skills, as well as being an excellent communicator. Day to day you will be using Salesforce to schedule engineering deployment across the UK, so good geographical knowledge is essential.
The responsibilities for the Scheduler job based in Northampton include:
> Using Salesforce daily.
> Scheduling Engineers to specific jobs across the UK.
> Speaking to clients via telephone, email, or any other forms of communication.
> Liaise with internal teams to ensure field-based engineers have the required equipment for the arranged visit.

> Previous experience in a customer service-based environment
> Computer literate
> Good geographical knowledge
