Job description

A Sales & Purchase Ledger Supervisor is required for our client who are market leaders within their manufacturing industry. The lucky Sales & Purchase Ledger Supervisor will oversee the Sales & Purchase team, whilst covering the following duties for the department.

This position will offer you the ownership of the payment and reconciliation of creditor accounts, whilst managing the company's expense and credit card system.

You will be responsible for the full monthly reconciliation of debtor and creditor ledgers including full aging analysis, bad debt review and GRNI breakdown, plus have responsibility of the credit control function.

Part of the Sales & Purchase Ledger Supervisor's role will be to implement continual process improvement, which will include a full review of procedures with particular focus on controls and streamlining.

As the team goes, the supervisor for this position will oversee two team members with sales and purchase ledger.
