Sales & Operations Analyst, Cambridge - up to £45,000. Sounds great right?

Is there a spark in you to help and ensure a business thrives through having accurate data to make key decisions on? Who has worked within a manufacturing business and are within easy commutable distance of Cambridge?

Our client is a global leader who manufacture hi tech equipment, for the global stage for many applications and they are looking for someone to secure the position of Sales & Operations Analyst who has worked within a manufacturing business working closely with the sales, operations and finance teams, putting together robust and accurate data reports enabling the business to make key decisions to maximise operations and sales.

This is an exciting time for the business and they are looking for someone with a relevant degree or MBA qualification, plus have a CIMA qualification or at least be part qualified. Someone with MS Dynamics AX is paramount or/and Oracle/ SAP.

The successful candidate for the Sales & Operations Analyst, Cambridge, will be as follows:

> Sales pipeline ownership, testing of the integrity of the data funnel, which is paramount for both the weekly and monthly process of accurate forecasting.
> Communicate with the business development team, questioning and understanding pipeline data, and support them for the best way of showing the data and ensure the data reflect true reality within the business.
> Provide key sales data and reports to the supply chain team, to make sure that the future purchases are aligned to the sales commitment
> Feedback the cash and sales forecast implications of the final supply chain purchases.
> Using performance reports and understanding data, support the inventory management
> Work closely within the financial reporting team regarding the accuracy of data to support the operational side of the business
> Collate and report on key metrics including; Stock Turns, cost of quality and Days on Hand
> Drive projects regarding data quality and improvement throughout the finance teams
