Job description
My client are well-established within the Electronics Manufacturing market and are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their sales team based in Huntingdon.
The Sales Administrator, Huntingdon, will report into the Commercial Manager and will assist internal Account Managers to develop solid long-term relationships with customers, by fully understanding their requirements, and contribute to the growth of the business by providing admin support.
Key Responsibilities of the Sales Administrator, based in Huntingdon will include:
1. Being the first point of contact for all inbound communications (email and phone calls).
2. Sending out "New Sales Order" and "New Works Order" emails daily.
3. Running MRP CR Log weekly to identify any outstanding lines and investigate.
4. Running MRP Delivery Schedule report to identify current week requirements for expediting purposes.
5. Working with Key Stakeholders to expedite orders due to customers each week.
1. Keep Quote Logs up to date and with new RFQs, RFQ outcomes and other pertinent details.
1. Load customer orders into MRP system following company guidelines.
The Sales Administrator, based in Huntingdon will ideally have experience of working within a similar role, ideally within Manufacturing/ Production.
