Job description

An opportunity has arisen for a Product Service Engineer for a leading company in telematic solutions based in Surrey.

The Product Service Engineer, Surrey purpose is to be the lead contact for internal and external customers on technical and application related issues and questions, on the HYG telemetry systems for the EMEA region. 70% of the time is assigned to installation and development of telemetry kits on trucks and machines in the EMEA territories.

The key accountabilities for the Product Service Engineer, Surrey will be customer satisfaction, product knowledge, problem management and continuous improvements.

The knowledge requirements for the Product Service Engineer, Surrey will be to have experience on electrical field engineering repair works and installations, significant knowledge of the materials handling market and its products, detailed knowledge/skill in industry regulations and previous experience in engineering or materials handling equipment is essential.
