My client is a well-known, multi-million pound company, specialising in the development of fuel cell technology for a number of industries.

The organisation is seeking a Mechanical Design Lead - Renewable, Aerospace/Automotive. In this position you will lead and manage the development, execution of product validation and life-cycle product support across allocated projects and development activities.

The Mechanical Design Lead - Renewable, Aerospace/Automotive job, you will be responsible for:
? Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers.
? To ensure the effective delivery of design and development programmes.
? Identifying and implementing development and training.
? Responsible for ensuring appropriate engineering processes and tools are used.

The requirements for the Mechanical Design Lead - Renewable, Aerospace/Automotive job are:
? Degree-Qualified or equivalent in Engineering or a related Science.
? Demonstrable track record leading and developing teams
? Demonstrable experience of managing product design projects
? A sound understanding of design process.
? Ability to inspire a team of engineers.
