Job description

A great opportunity for a Mechanical Assembler job in Hertfordshire has arisen, working for an organisation who concentrate in developing bespoke temperature control and valve technologies.

The Mechanical Assembler job in Hertfordshire will be responsible for the build and test of precision engineered mechanical components which withstand a range of harsh environments. This will include NPI builds as well as full scale production and as such you will need to have a solid understanding of mechanical assemblies as well as fitting these solutions to customer products. You will assemble a variety of products according to standard work instructions and drawings and will be proficient at multiple assembly tasks while meeting requirements for workmanship, safety and productivity. You will perform quality control checks to ensure products are to the correct tolerances and perform regular test and inspection procedures to ensure that the product is built in accordance with the specifications, following all regulatory, safety and production policies and procedures.

The Mechanical Assembler job in Hertfordshire, will have 3+ years of experience working in a low volume high cost manufacturing environment working to production targets and will have the ability to inspect and fit precision components.
