Job description

Part of a global US technology group with revenues in the multi $BN's and a direct presence in over 100 countries, my client is a true innovator of discrete and networked solutions that are incorporated into the technical fabric of commercial buildings, government establishments, schools, hospitals and beyond.

They are continuing to invest heavily in their Product Marketing, Product Management and Marketing Communications functions to ensure they maintain their marketing leading position and perception through an extensive integrated global marketing campaign that span the full market spectrum - from user experience through to future concepts.

The Role
Digital marketing Manager
I am seeking someone that thinks and acts on a digital scale and fully embraces the digital marketing market. The person we seek will lead an EMEA wide marketing communications strategy execution for my client's largest business unit.
Your focus will be on designing and delivering digital channels with a focus on my client's end user customers.
You will be responsible for building and executing a rolling annual and quarterly regional digital marketing plan and campaigns in alignment with global marketing plans, regional sales goals, digital transformation initiatives and annual budgets.
You will be a key interface with regional sales leadership to ensure agreement on priorities, adjusting as required by changing market conditions and emerging opportunities. You will develop and execute measurable regional demand creation programs that drive leads and revenue through direct and indirect sales teams.
You will collaborate with global and central resources in the strategic development of campaigns, PR, social media, product literature, event displays, product positioning, value proposition messaging and web marketing programs worldwide to execute regionally.
Background and experience
With a degree in marketing, communications or related area and a minimum 5 years' experience in B2B digital marketing communications / demand generation / integrated marketing.
Proficiency in Digital Marketing, Web content management, analytics and business intelligence (reporting and analysis tools).
Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
Excellent communicator with proven ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation and spoken formats to a variety of audiences.
