We are searching for A Logistics Manager whom will be responsible for the effective global management of the intercompany and outbound supply chain while extending their knowledge and expertise within a global leading technology company.

As The Logistics Manager your role will be to lead, consult and support the supply chain function across all areas within the Business Service, ensuring a strong and consistent message on a global scale.

We are looking for an experienced and proven individual with significant leadership qualities to help drive an excellent level of standards and encourage an environment of continuous improvement to our clients businesses. This position will require frequent travel to Europe.
The ideal candidate for this The Logistics Manager position will be someone with a passion to succeed, with an agile mind-set, willing to propose and experiment with new ideas. We are looking for an experienced and professional individual who is excited by technology and innovation, who will always put the customers first.

As The Logistics Manager you will lead a team of fast-moving, dedicated, passionate and technical professionals focused on innovation and delivering results. You will leverage your expertise in supply chain management and leadership experience, working closely with customers and suppliers to act as the professional interface for supply chain system operation.

Key responsibilities for The Logistics Manager Job will include:

> Creating supply chain and customer fulfilment strategies that support business and customer needs.
> Integrated planning and supply chain model ownership and development
> Planning and supply chain system operation
> Distribution network optimisation
> Inventory, Freight and CSL optimisation
> Reporting system management/ownership
> Budget accountability: Freight budget : $2mill, Inventory Value : $30mill

Key requirements for The Logistics Manager Job will include:

> Strong technical and analytical capability and ability to creatively solve complex practical problems encountered in planning, supply chain and logistic functions.
> In-depth knowledge and practical experience of implementing and managing an extensive global supply chain network.
> 7 years' experience preferably gained within a blue chip organisation
> Proven experience in optimizing operational performance across a global network.
