They are looking for a Lead Software Engineer to join the team in Hendon, London. The successful candidate for the job will be responsible for developing & implementing growth plans for the software element of the team, taking charge of the software development including supporting the general team. My client also offers hybrid working so you will only be required on site 3 times per week.
The key requirements for the Lead Software Engineer job in Hendon, London include:
> Considerable Software Development experience in C/C++ (5+ years).
> Experience managing/guiding more junior team members
> Experience with a Linux operating system
> Some experience with Python with the desire to learn more.
> Technically strong, with a leadership approach to management.
