This business is a global leader in the manufacture, design & development of advanced safety critical instrumentation. They are an established business of over 20 years & are continually looking to grow their R&D team based at their UK Technology Centre. They are based in Coventry, Warwickshire.
In this Lead Electronics Design Engineer - Analogue/RF job, you will be responsible for:
> Leading the electronic design of all products through the Analogue & Digital Design, Schematics, PCB designs, and BOMs.
> To be the Hardware Technical Architect for products developed by the R&D Hardware team.
> Ensuring that the product requirements are captured, decomposed for Hardware
Development.
> Helping support & mentor Junior Engineers with daily duties & tasks they may be struggling with.
> Undertaking & completing work packages assigned with agreed timescales.
> Leading the work require to ensure all design processes & procedures are correct, updated & following the internal NPI processes.

> Multiple years' experience working as a hands on Electronic Design Engineer within a high tech industry.
> Experience with Analogue & Digital design is essential. If you have experience with RF that would be a huge benefit.
> A relevant Engineering Degree, Master's or Equivalent.
> Experience Leading a small team of Engineers or alternatively working at a Senior Level in an Electronics R&D Team.
