The Redline Group have an exciting job opportunity for an Junior IT Support Engineer working close with the Team Manager on improving the level of service provided. The role will require to be onsite 5 days a week at their Oxford site.
You will be joining a fast-paced environment, working with multiple users worldwide and offering great service and excellent IT Skills. You will need to have a passion for IT Services and eager to help people in difficulty.
Key Skills Required for the Junior IT Support Engineer job:
- Proven IT Support experience
- Experience in working in a large company with over 1000 users before would be a bonus
- Experienced in IT Service Management
- Experience working with Windows & Mac Operating Systems
