Job description

Are you looking for an IT Support job in Redditch?

This will be a varied role with the key purpose of the IT Support Engineer - Windows / SQL position being to support their IT infrastructure and SQL database.

You will be supporting standard Microsoft applications (Office, Outlook) and resolving any general user queries. An understanding of Virtual Environments and product traceability systems will be very beneficial.

Key skills required for the IT Support Engineer - Windows / SQL job:
> Solid knowledge of SQL database management
> Good understanding of network configuration and security systems
> Hands on working knowledge of computer hardware and peripherals
