An exciting opportunity to join a global leading specialist in components and subsystem innovation solutions. As their Interim Customer Service Manager, you will be take control and support their existing customer service team. As an Integral part of their team you will be dealing with all Internal and External customer requests. You will be the first point of contact for customers and will be the face of the business. Day to day tasks will include upselling, cross selling, generating leads, maintaining customer service, processing quotation, order processing, general enquiries (email and telephone). This is just a broad outline, you will be liaising with both the Sales and R&D team which brings excitement and a challenging environment to your role!

The successful Interim Customer Service Manager will be an individual who comes from a Manufacturing, Electronic, or Engineering Industry. You will have a current and proven track record in customer management and able to demonstrate outstanding/professional customer service skills. To a successful Customer Service Manager, you will have experience in the following:
- Customer Service
- Management
- Liaising with different departments (Sales, Marketing, Engineering etc…)
- Technical Environment (Manufacturing, Electronics, Interconnect, Engineering etc…)
- Key Account Management
- Located in Essex (Or commutable distance, office based role)
- Available for a minimum term of 18months (Fixed Term Contract)
- High pressure/ high pace environment
- Experience in preparing Documentation (Quotation, follow up emails, export etc…)
