Job description

An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a Human Resources Officer based in Egham to join a Global Electronic Components Distributor.

The Human Resources Officer, Egham, will report into the Human Resources Manager and will be responsible for working with the HR Manager to implement human resource policies and procedures. Other responsibilities include driving the recruitment strategy, providing advisory, counselling and training services to all staff, to review feedback from exit interviews, to review annual benefits, to support anyone with personnel issues throughout the EMEA offices and to liaise with the other offices on personnel data.

The Human Resources Officer, Egham will be able to build relationships and will maintain current understanding of employment law at all times.

The Human Resources Officer, Egham will ideally be educated to degree level or have CIPD and should also have a similar work experience.
