One of the UK's leading companies, specialising within the audio technology industry are looking for an experienced Human Resources and Executive Support Manager based in Surrey. The successful applicant will be the HR Manager to the company and provide executive support to the Group board of Directors.

The successful candidate Human Resources and Executive Support Manager based in Surrey will be in charge of duties such as staff recruitment, qualifying and interviewing selected candidates, contract negotiation and preparation, development of training programmes, mediating conflicts, overseeing employee welfare and benefit platforms, coordinating appraisals with department managers, monthly payroll (currently via SAGE payroll) and general HR admin duties, sickness/holiday register.

A large part of the job for the Human Resources and Executive Support Manager based in Surrey will be diary Management, organising and maintain Group CEO and executive diaries and schedules, liaising with external Investor Directors diaries, co-ordinating internal and external meetings and making CEO and Executive Travel Arrangements.

The successful candidate for the Human Resources and Executive Support Manager job based in Surrey will have a minimum of five years' experience working at executive level in a fast-paced office environment, have good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint, would have ideally used Sage Payroll (or other payroll software) and would be CIPD qualified. The successful candidate will also ideally have a degree or equivalent.
