Job description

The Redline Group have an exciting job opportunity for an experienced HR People Partner to join a highly successful electronics design and manufacturing company based in Hampshire.

The HR People Partner will be accountable for GDPR compliance, ensuring all HR documentation, policies and procedures are compliant and administered consistently with the relevant employment law, ensuring all HR records are up-to-date, on file /scanned as appropriate and effective case management.

The HR People Partner, Hampshire will have a HR or Business Degree with HR elements, or equivalent, have previous experience in a HR BP role, have the ability to interface at multiple levels and to build trusting relationships and have awareness of processes and the practical application of policy. The successful candidate will have CIPD level 5-7.

The main responsibilities for the HR People Partner, Hampshire will be to be the primary Partner for the Technical and Sales and Marketing functions - understand functions strategic initiatives, and provide high professional support from a HR perspective in a collaborative approach, lead all talent Acquisition including managing vacancy filler metrics for responsible functions and take appropriate action to ensure speedy resolutions are provided to close key recruitment positions quickly and maintaining metrics/dashboard/reports, ensuring GDPR/process compliance is adhered too, to assist Head of HR in identifying and eliminating employee associated business risks
And lead employee engagement - assist in driving employee engagement initiatives/action plans for allocated function.
