HR Business Partner - Towcester + Hybrid working
Are you a HR Business partner looking for an exciting job opportunity in a company who are the global leader in open architecture rugged embedded systems which include computers which work in harsh environments.
My client has two bases in the UK and American having 250 staff members in he UK. This stand alone HR Business Partner job will require the right candidate to provide strategic and tactical support to deliver services and programs to the business in the UK and other HR responsibilities such as salary planning, performance management and maintaining job descriptions.
Key skills and experience for HR Business Partner job:
Established experience as a HR Generalist
Ideally qualified to CIPD level 5 or significant experience of the same level
Experience in all aspects of HR; recruitment, employee relations, immigration support etc.
Ability to work in a fast paced, agile environment with excellent communication skills.
