Title: Head of Sales APAC
Location: Singapore or Vietnam
Salary: £50,000 to £65,000
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales APAC to join our dynamic team in the electronics industry. This role will lead the sales strategy and execution across the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities for Head of Sales APAC:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy across the APAC region to drive revenue growth
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and KPIs
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the electronics industry, developing and nurturing strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitive landscape to identify areas of growth and opportunities for improvement
- Work cross-functionally with other departments, including marketing and product teams, to ensure alignment and drive revenue growth
Requirements Head of Sales APAC:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Sales experience in the electronics industry, with at least 5 years of experience managing sales teams in the APAC region.
- Proven track record of delivering revenue growth and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to analyse complex data and market trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Fluent in English, and proficiency in a second language preferred
