This is a fantastic job opportunity for an experienced Head of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Manager based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire looking for their next challenge.

An international Electronics business, dedicated to developing and manufacturing payment solutions are looking for a Head of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Manager for their site in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire.

Reporting to the Vice President of Operations, the Head of Manufacturing and Supply Chain Manager, based in High Wycombe Buckinghamshire, will manage the efficient production of electronic products to fulfil sales orders on an agreed lead- time and delivering good value whilst controlling the company's commercial exposure.

Key job responsibilities:

Plan, direct and coordinate the Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability through the provision of effective methods and strategies.
Lead the Manufacturing & Supply Chain team
Day to day management of manufacturing and supply chain partners
Operation of all or part of the agreed company processes:

- Forecast to Order
- Stock Management
- Order to Invoice
- Engineering Change Management
- Price Book Management
- New Product Introduction

The main tasks, not limited to:

Liaise with the contract manufacturer in planning and executing production, developing a robust Forecast and Master Production Schedule in order to maximise capacity, throughput and accurately meet customer requirements.
Project manage the introduction of new products, iterations and changes to existing product platforms in accordance with customer and quality requirements.
Liaise with the New Product Development function during the product development phase ensuring design for manufacture, assembly & test principals are followed.
Prepare Advance Material Order Sheet and construct initial costed BOMs.

If you are Degree qualified in a related Supply Chain, Manufacture or Project Management area with at least 5 years' experience of manufacturing and supply chain management, ideally working with contract electronics manufacturers, APPLY NOW!
