One of the biggest names in audio technology who offer high performance audio solutions are looking for a Head of Engineering - Audio to join their state-of-the-art facilities in the Cambridgeshire area. You will be responsible for managing the whole engineering department including software, hardware and mechanical engineers. You will work closely with the management team in executing projects from concept through to delivery.

To be a successful applicant for the Head of Engineering - Audio role based in Cambridgeshire, you must have the following:
A Bachelors degree or higher in a relevant engineering discipline
Management experience across R&D/Engineering as well as working with other areas
Project management experience
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships both internally and externally

This is a great opportunity for a Lead Engineer to take complete control over a specialist engineering department within a complex yet exciting industry, whilst remaining hands-on.
