The Head of Engineering & Site Lead, located in Colchester, Essex will be responsible for support the successful growth of the business with site leadership and responsibility for a team of over 50 Engineers developing the next generation of leading-edge capital equipment and software. Our customers being the biggest names in Semiconductor and PCB manufacturing in the world.
You will be a seasoned expert in building and developing effective cross functional technical teams with a significant Software bias. You know how to motivate and inspire the team to deliver new products and software to supporting profitable growth by providing real customer value.
The ideal Head of Engineering & Site Lead, based in Colchester, Essex will have a strong background in Software Engineering within a capital equipment and high technology system development environment.
The Head of Engineering & Site Lead, located in Colchester, Essex will have experience ideally across;
> Industrial Capital Equipment & High Technology systems development environments
> Track record building and developing broad Engineering capabilities including performance management
> It would be an advantage having experience with PCB / Semiconductor manufacturing processes or image processing
> Good working knowledge of analytics and artificial intelligence software development architectures is a plus
