My client is looking for a Facilities Manager to help plan new sustainable building projects and negotiate contracts ensuring that all legislative requirements are sustainable and effectively managed.
Key Accountabilities-
- Collaboration with the HSE manager, ensuring compliance with all onsite environmental, HSE and Safety legislation.
- Working and collaborating with onsite teams and facility support contractors to ensure business plans are met
- Management of all facilities ensuring optimised Operations on-site monitored via an integrated Building Management System.
- Managing and facilitating new build, renovations, refurbishments, and office moves.
Qualifications / Technical Skills
- Experience in a process and/or manufacturing environment
- Additional Qualifications in health and safety and/or facilities management (Desirable)
- Willing to commute to office
