Job description
We are working with an established multi-million pound SME in a very niche industry, positioned between automotive and special purpose machinery. Due to an internal promotion, they are looking for secure an Interim Engineering Manager to work in Oxfordshire.
As part of this role you will utilise your mechanical background to lead design teams and hold design reviews, use your communication and collaborative skills to liaise with cross-function teams and progress products from concept through to manufacturing with your NPI and DFM knowledge. Communication and technical knowledge goes hand in hand to ensure products are designed on time and ready for manufacture so as to meet project milestones.
If you are an experienced Interim Engineering Manager with a background within special purpose machinery/automotive, with a mechanical bias, then this would be a great opportunity for you.
