An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for a Junior Electronics Engineer job! 

Ambitious Graduate to Junior Electronics Engineers are wanted to join this Cambridge based, expanding, Electronics R & D company whose core IP and technology is being used in literally millions of Smartphones, Drones, Medical and Autonomous driving applications worldwide. 

You would be joining a friendly and very capable, world class Engineering team, consisting of Mechanical, Software, Control and Firmware Engineers, who are developing leading edge electronics and control solutions for their ultra precision nano technology.

They are looking for Junior Electronic Engineer job require someone who is passionate, interested and interesting, who will enjoy playing a significant role in a highly skilled team, prioritising activities, balancing long and short term objectives and finding efficient ways to solve problems. 

Main Responsibilities for the Junior Electronics Engineer job:

Work within the team of mechanical, control, electronics, firmware and performance engineers to build on the proprietary control  algorithms that the company has developed to meet the needs of future business and applications.
Specify, develop and evaluate electronics solutions to drive their actuator technology, and support transfer of these into high volume production.
Interface with partners and customers to understand their requirements and to deliver the assistance that they need to use the company products.

Skills and experience required for the Junior Electronics Engineer job:

1st Class or 2:1 BSc or BEng in Electronic Engineering or other relevant degree course
Analogue circuit design & specification
Digital/MCU circuit design & specification
PCB schematic capture
Board-level debug and test

Personal Skills needed for the Junior Electronics Engineer job:

You must also be able to demonstrate you are a strong team player, and that you can effectively interact and work with other technical teams. Strong analytical skills and a passion for technology are also expected.

You must also be self-motivated, able to prioritise activities and have excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

You must be able to demonstrate experience working in a fast-paced environment, able to assimilate information and requests from customers and partners, and be comfortable with customer-facing interaction.
