Digital Design Engineer - Bristol or Cambridge - Salary Open - non corporate, supportive environment, early responsibility (if you want it) and family / life friendly working practices, including flexi-time (work from home policy) etc. It's really refreshing !

An unusual opportunity for a talented and experienced Digital Design Engineer, with extensive digital design experience using RTL languages, to join a successful ramp-up company who are actually making money selling their product / technology to some of the biggest names (you WILL know them) in the Semiconductor industry.

You will join a highly capable team who are developing the next generation of intelligent debug tools for complex multi-processor core SoCs.

This role can be based in Bristol or Cambridge.


Your skills -


> The ability to take on challenging design problems, making appropriate trade-offs of power, performance and area
> Extensive digital design using RTL languages like Verilog / VHDL


Even better if you have -


> An understanding of timing closure
> Experience with scripting e.G. Python
> Experience with Formal Verification techniques and tools
> Experience with or interest in UVM verification
> Experience working on or with embedded processors
