Customer Support Technician - Remote

My client, based in Milton Keynes, are leading the world in the design, manufacture and continuous improvement of wireless condition monitoring solutions. They are a massively growing company who are seeking a Customer Support Technician.
The Customer Support Technician job responsibilities will include:
- Clarifying customer technical requirements ahead of new project installations and briefing the production team
- Supporting customers during project installation
- Setting up monitoring diagrams, users, alerts and calculations
- Assisting customers with technical queries and fault reports by phone, email and through a help desk ticket system
- Receiving returned equipment and diagnosing faults
The Customer Support Technician Job will require the candidate to:
- have a flexible and well organised approach with the ability to multi-task and work to varying priorities and deadlines
- A positive, professional attitude to complete tasks to the highest standard
- Demonstrate experience of customer service in engineering or technical environment
- Excellent customer relations skills
- Speak another language either (Spanish, German, French or Italian)
