My client, an award winning bespoke electrical manufacturing company, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Cwmbran, South Wales.

The Customer Service Advisor job, South Wales, will be a key member of the Customer Service Team. You will be working alongside the Customer Service Manager and Supervisor to establish good working relationships within the organisations, to lead and co - ordinate a small team to improve processes, deliver on sales and deliver on time delivery, and to ensure a first-class customer experience. Some of the responsibilities will include processing orders, relevant forms, applications and requests. As well as preparing shipping and customs documentation such as a, Letter of Credit, in compliance with legal obligations.

The Customer Service Advisor Cwmbran, South Wales, will worked within customer service environment and must have experience with export documentation. Ideally you will have worked within a manufacturing environment with a solid understanding of processes involved in customer supply to the UK and international market. SAP experience would be beneficial.
