Job description

The Redline Group have a fantastic contract job opportunity to join a leading developer of safety critical electronics.

The Contract Test Engineer - Debug will be responsible for:
- Diagnose faults to component level on Single Board Computers, Network and Graphics based products
- Test to specification using appropriate test equipment and documentation
- Maintain test equipment and carry out general housekeeping of test equipment to ensure ongoing reliability
- Accurately record all faults in SAP and prepare reports detailing fault diagnosis and corrective action/repair

The ideal Contract Test Engineer - Debug will have experience which includes:
- Knowledge and experience of fault finding digital electronic circuitry
- Proven experience of testing to component level
- Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis
- Strong debug skills needed
