Redline have a fantastic Contact Software Validation Engineer opportunity with a leading space technology start up, based in Oxfordshire. This role is indicative outside of IR35 and is offered on a hybrid working arrangement. Our client are investing heavily in their engineering department and have very ambitious growth plans for 2023. They are now seeking to hire an experienced Contract Software Validation Engineer to help them deliver development projects. This work will involve the design and development of in flight software test plans for space products, including setting up the test environment and dealing with out sourced suppliers. You will also be involved in the validation, verification and integration of flight software and have input into the verification of software designs. For this, the client is interested in a Contract Software Validation Engineer with experience in;
Experience as a Verification Engineer within a similar setting, preferably Space.
Experience of Test Bench set up is essential
Experience of software development methodologies.
Experience in developing and implementing test plans.
