Job description

The Redline Group are currently recruiting a Contract Mechanical Technician to assist the engineers for our Hampshire based client. You will be responsible for assisting in the Engineers of day to day reactive and preventive mechanical repairs to equipment and robotics within the site.

Essential experience and day to day duties - Contract Mechanical Technician:

- Help the engineers to repair and fault find on equipment/machinery and robotic equipment - Mechanical aspects only
- Lifting and moving medium weight equipment
- Be required to keep accurate records such as work activities, tasks carried out, parts used through stores, etc.


The successful Contract Mechanical Technician will have;
- A strong background within mechanical engineering - ideally repair
- A technician's background with experience of using mechanical tools
- Must be physically fit, able to lift medium weight equipment and spend a large amount of the day standing and walking
