Are you an exceptional Contract Forecasting & Demand Planning Manager looking for your next challenge with a chance to work alongside driven, like-minded professionals?
Do have experience in overhaul of complete systems and process's to improve accuracy of Forecasting?

As the Contract Forecasting & Demand Planning Manager you will conduct Initial advanced review of all Forecasting and Demand Planning activities within the organisation. Once thorough knowledge and understanding of the company has been established; to present a comprehensive overview and summary to senior key stakeholders on both the existing structure/parameters v's necessary steps and action plans (including a strategic roadmap & timings) for efficiency, accuracy and effectiveness.

The ideal Contract Forecasting Manager should have proven success in the following areas;
- Processes, working practices, and systems (Infor, SAP, Excel)
- Demand Planning structure (people, competency, work distribution)
- Business risk areas and recommendations for improvement
- Existing Forecasting Accuracy and recommendations for improvement
- Innovating and establishing an Integrated Business Plan (S&OP process), I.E. Create, design, develop, roll-out, embed within the business

To be successful you must have demonstrable experience in
- A position of the same or similar nature (E)
- Best practice forecasting and analytics (E)
- Comprehensive working knowledge / experience of ERP system (E).
- Problem solving, planning, organising, driving for results and stakeholder management (E)
- Professional and Confident utilisation of MS Office applications; specifically Excel to intermediate/advanced level (E)
- Organisational core competences (E)

You will be reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain and will be working with a company that has a diverse product range supplying into the automotive, aerospace and Oil & Gas industries and pride themselves on unrivalled levels of customer service.
