Well look no further… The Redline Group have an exciting opportunity for a Contract Facilities Coordinator in East Sussex, on an initial 6-month project, to assist the Facilities Manager on the day to day running of the site. Due to the immense growth of the business, headcount has more than doubled and they need extra hands-on board ASAP!
You will be a part of an inclusive team of 4 where everyone is hands on with a family feel environment; our customer is a world leader in developing and manufacturing sophisticated electronics products, which are sold worldwide.
Key Skills Required - Contract Facilities Coordinator in East Sussex
- Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation relating to the built environment e.G., Risk Assessments, Method Statements, SSOWs, PTWs, COSHH etc.
- General understanding of the maintenance of the built environment commercial/industrial as it relates to maintenance, compliance and soft services - cleaning, catering, etc.
- Experience of working with Contractors and small-scale project works.
- Be a team player with great interpersonal skills.
This role has an indicative INSIDE IR35 determination therefore candidates will be required to operate via an Umbrella company. Due to the responsibilities of the role, you will be required to be onsite to carry out the tasks; working hours are Monday - Thursday 8.00am to 4.45pm and Friday 8.00am to 1.00pm.
