A job as a Commodity Buyer is urgently required in Worcestershire

An exciting new job has arisen for a Commodity Buyer, based in Worcestershire to work for a leading design and manufacturer of analytical devices used in a wide range of industries.

The Commodity Buyer, located in Worcestershire will be responsible for the whole procurement cycle, from supplier selection and approval, through to contract negotiation and supplier development.

The Commodity Buyer based in Worcestershire will be responsible for:
> Sourcing and negotiating contracts with new suppliers, achieving best price, quality and payment terms
> Working with the new product introduction team for input on production supplier parts
> Supporting the implementation of purchasing best practices and lean methodology in the department
> Must have a strong electronics / electro-mechanical purchasing background
